We arrived late at night and our room had been given away, but the receptionist was friendly and spent half an hour finding us a new room. The second room was much better and the curtains were great for blocking out light. The location was convenient with cheap taxis and a nearby food court. I would recommend this hotel.

Really right by clarke quay. We GREATly enjoyed the pool. Room met the criteria.

I keep choosing this hotel for my stay because it has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, a bar, a restaurant, and a spa. The helpful staff even recommended a taxi for me. Can't wait to come back for New Year!

Quaint Neighbourhood: My stay at this hotel was like stepping into a charming time capsule. The neighbourhood, with its art deco buildings and trendy cafes, comfortably straddles the past and present.

Good placing inside the sleeping region. Far from city noise but you can reach the nearest MRT station in 10 minutes on foot. Rather good staff. Good seafood restaurants nearby. Good room facilities.

Rooms are very small. Furniture is old and worn. Room and bathroom weren't cleaned properly before the new guests. Too big price for not very good conditions. 3 from 5.

Perfect location in trendy neighbourhood. Great access to bars, cafes, and Chinatown. Short walk to metro and city center. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Helpful staff arranged airport transport.

The complimentary wifi service available was useful, the location is quite convenient where you can walk to Chinatown (less than 15 minutes), nearby food is quite good

The wooden floor was unusual, the size of the room was smaller than other hotels offering the same price, some rooms had some bad smell

Our stay was amazing! The staff was very friendly, always willing to help. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and great lighting. The hotel location was perfect, close to public transportation and great dining options. The complimentary parking was a great bonus!

The bathroom was a bit small and there was only one mirror in the room which was rather inconvenient for dressing up. It was also noisy due to the busy street outside, but once we closed the door it was much better.

Able to get a good breakfast, not offered by all hotels. Lunch and evening meals also available. Friendly and helpful staff, provided us with maps and information about the city.

The location of this place is fantastic! It's close to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. There's also a hawker centre and great restaurants nearby, so you won't have to go far for delicious meals. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure I knew how to get around and suggesting places to visit. The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the added bonus of a "free phone" that I could use for navigation and free calls to select countries.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
